I was a preschool and elementary school teacher for 30+ years, and I worked intensively with both general education kids and kids with special needs, including emotional disturbances. I'm also a certified level 2 aromatherapist and practicing herbalist, and these days, I help clients with their physical and emotional (holistic) wellness. Besides having some counseling background, I'm completing a faith-based Life Coaching certification program.
