And I want to help you feel better and more joyful by practicing easy and scientifically studied strategies to renew your mind...

I'm so glad you're here. I'm a holistic herbalist, professional level aromatherapist, and a certified Christian life coach. I was also a school teacher for humans from age infancy through adult in the private and public school system for over 40 years of my life. I've worked with typical kids and adults as well as those with special needs, including emotional traumas.

I've gotten very good at helping people to manage their thought-life in order to improve their actual life.

One thing I discovered as a teacher is that happy kids (and adults) learn and thrive better. So I created systems back then to help them walk into my room and have a great day, even if their morning was messed up. Now I'm doing this with adults.

On a personal level, I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety disorder in my twenties....about 30 years ago. After spending three weeks on anti-depressant and anxiety-reducing drugs, I realized these weren't for me. So...I made it my life mission to add strategies as well as natural methods to my life so I could feel joy, peace, contentment, and gratitude at any time. And now I'm teaching and coaching.
